Spring wedding at Loseley Park

Oh it was good to be back!! My beloved Loseley Park with the dream team galore. I knew instantly when Lily enquired that I HAD to do their wedding. My favourite venue, during the best month of the year (May, for those reading in the future!) with a stunning marquee and some of my fave people to work with = the best. First up we have the absolutely STUNNING Lily in that incredible Suzanne Neville dress, fitted by Suzanne herself, who is by the way, incredibly lovely. Flowers by Mad Lillies (one of my recommended suppliers for a reason) and of course working Anna and the team at Loseley Park. I also got to meet and work with the fab Alex Boundy from AWB films, someone who has now wangled his way onto my list as he was just brilliant fun to work alongside, and talented too. Winning!

I felt right at home the moment I started prep with Lily’s family, the girls were so lovely and sweet, shout out to Helena who was literally the dream bridesmaid and so helpful towards both myself and of course Lily throughout the day. At the St Andrew’s church in Cobham, (the most local wedding I’ve done in years!) I met the fabulous, energy-filled Matt. I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed a more cheery, upbeat and funny groom as he, and who can blame him marrying the beautiful, and vivacious Lily.

The ceremony ended with the Reverend walking off practically wearing Lily’s veil as it attached to his robes, and the laughter that accompanied soon spread throughout the day and didn’t cease. The most joyous atmosphere was felt all day long, and the dance floor was just about the most heaving I’ve seen in years! Lily and Matt’s first dance was Meatloaf’s I’d Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That) – and needless to say, the classics still have it. WHAT a day, what incredible weather, stunning golden hour and two of the sweetest people pulling it all together. Just fabulous…love them both! Here are some of my faves xx
