One sunny Saturday in August, I flew in straight from a Vegas wedding and onto to the lovely little town of Radwinter. Matthew and Olivia held a stunning English Country garden wedding at her parent’s home in Essex, full of simple touches, beautiful blooms and lots and lots of laughter. I have known Matt & Liv for a few years, Matt was an usher at our wedding, so it was a real honour to be asked to photograph their day! They were married in St Mary’s Church, just a short stroll from Liv’s parents’ house. The reception was held in their beautiful garden overlooking stunning fields where we wandered for our couple session. Matt’s mum is a vicar and took the service, which was more than a little emotional (even for me!) and I could tell it meant so much to both of them.
We were promised rain but the sun shone, and Liv looked absolutely gorgeous in her dress, beaming smiles all day! I also think they take the record for having one of the longest lines of confetti throwing I’ve ever shot! Their wedding was so pretty it also was featured on So You’re Getting Married the other day, check it out for more details…
Right now I’ll leave you with a few of my favourites from the day, as I sit here by the fire in two jumpers and a blanket, reminiscing of those sunny days that seem like such a long time ago! Enjoy :) xxx
